How do I reset my password?
Open Vietnamy → Settings → Account → Reset password, or use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We’ll email a reset link to the address on your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Vietnamy → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vietnamy → Cancel.
How do I restore purchases?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase, then open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.
Why isn’t microphone or camera working?
Vietnamy needs mic access for pronunciation and voice search, and camera access for OCR lookup. Check your device Settings → Vietnamy → enable Microphone and Camera, then reopen the app.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Settings → Language and pick your preferred interface language. Lesson content remains Vietnamese-focused.
How do I delete my account?
